Details
3 bedroom retreat with pool in Bradenton built for big groups who want the whole resort experience without leaving the backyard. Up to twelve guests spread across a poolside king suite, a second king bedroom, and a bunk room with two full-over-full bunks -- each room comes with its own Smart TV. Two ensuite bathrooms and a half bath off the living area cover the group comfortably. Inside, an open living and dining area seats eight at the table plus more at the kitchen bar, backed by a fully stocked kitchen with an instant pot, blender, and full spice rack for anyone who wants to cook rather than order in. Outside is where this house earns its name: a saltwater heated pool and spa, a private putting green for casual mini golf, a swing-seat bar for happy hour, a fire pit for s'mores under string lights, and a grill with a large outdoor dining table. The separate game room adds arcade machines, a pool table, ping pong, and board games -- plenty to keep a big group entertained on a rainy afternoon. We stock beach gear (wagon, cabana, boogie boards, chairs) and family extras like a Pack 'n Play and kids' toys. 15 mins to Bradenton Beach or Lido Key 10 mins to Downtown SRQ, IMG Academy, Ringling, and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport

Neighborhood
Tucked into a quiet, established residential pocket of southwest Bradenton, this home sits right between Bradenton and Sarasota, close enough to both that you get the best of each without the tourist-strip traffic. Anna Maria Island is a straight shot west on Cortez Road, putting Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach, and Holmes Beach about 15 to 20 minutes away. Think powdery white sand, calm Gulf water, and some of the best sunsets on the coast. On the way, the historic fishing village of Cortez is worth a stop for fresh-caught grouper and laid-back waterfront dining. Closer to home, Sarasota Bay is just minutes away, and Robinson Preserve offers mangrove kayak trails, an observation tower, and miles of walking and biking paths. IMG Academy is roughly 10 minutes out, making this an easy home base for families in town for camps, tournaments, and showcases. Head south on US-41 and The Ringling Museum is about 10 minutes away, with downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle, and Lido Key an easy drive beyond it. Head north and downtown Bradenton's Riverwalk and the Village of the Arts offer waterfront parks, local galleries, and a growing restaurant scene. Groceries, coffee, and everyday essentials are all just a few minutes from the house.

Getting around
A car is the way to go here, and the upside is that nearly everything is 10 to 20 minutes away. The wide paver driveway fits multiple vehicles, so big groups arriving in more than one car are covered. US-41 (Tamiami Trail) is just minutes from the house and runs north to downtown Bradenton and south to the airport, The Ringling, and downtown Sarasota. Cortez Road is your direct route west to Anna Maria Island, where the free Anna Maria Island Trolley runs the length of the island. Park once and hop between beaches, shops, and restaurants without fighting for parking. For longer trips, I-75 is about 15 to 20 minutes east. Uber and Lyft are widely available for nights out, and Manatee County Area Transit (MCAT) buses run along US-41. Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is roughly 10 minutes away, one of the easiest airport runs in the area. Tampa International (TPA) is about an hour north over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, and St. Pete-Clearwater (PIE) is around 45 minutes.
